Pre-fill fields in a Microsoft Forms form

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to pre-fill certain fields in a Microsoft Forms form. I've created a form to collect information, but I'd like to make the process easier for users by pre-filling certain fields with pre-existing data.

Is there a feature in Microsoft Forms that allows me to do this? If so, could you tell me how to go about it?

To be clearer, I want to do the same thing but with Microsoft Forms and Microsoft Excel:

Thanks in advance for your help!

  • This is now possible, with a new feature being rolled out in April.
    See https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?featureid=391671

I can see the new functionality in several different tenants already.

Great that MS are rolling it out - even better if there was guidance on how to set it up!  (criticism of MS not you Rob!)

dubalima Forms Pro has been called Customer Voice for about the last 3 years and requires Microsoft Dynamics. So not a solution for many people (including me).
