Possible to fetch some infos from an completed forms in order to prepopulate some for a new one.

Hello Community,

is there any way to prepopulate some fields form an previous ms forms to a new one ?

the background is, that i dont want to fill again and again the same infos. and as far as i know, forms has no option to create more than one dataset within an forms process.

i thought, may  through an customized URL parameter  or sth.  like that?

best regards john

  • Microsoft Forms does not support pre-populate, whereas Customer Voice (Forms Pro) does support this feature.
