Partially complete a MS Form then send to another to be completed

Hi,

Is it currently possible for a Department to complete an MS Form with partial information and then send it to another person for them to complete the MS Form and, then submit it to another department?

I assume a Flow would be required and a SharePoint list to store the information.

Chris_Clark1968 this is not possible with just Forms. But it is entirely possible to have a flow that runs when the new response is submitted, saves the response to a list in SharePoint and sends an email to the next person with a link to the list item for them to edit.

      Thank you for your reply.

How would I get the link to the MS Form that is being sent to the users, or are you suggesting the editing part is not performed by accessing the MS Form but by other means such as directly in SharePoint???

The scenario is the Form is partially completed and then sent to a specific person for them to complete and then send on to our helpdesk mailbox.

Apologises if I've miss interpreted your reply

Chris_Clark1968 a form in MS Forms is a purely one-pass submission. There is no way for one person to complete part of it then for another person to continue to complete it. That is why the initial form submission needs to be saved into a SharePoint list then another person edits that list item.
