multi-select multiple rows of questions
I am trying to figure out how to take this table of questions that I currently have in Forms and make it so that the applicant can select up to 4 of the five answers per row. Currently they can only select one button per row. This is all within one question currently.
I believe I can break each question down and then make it multi-select, but this is concise and I would prefer to keep it this way. I have two sets of these within the main form.
The top row is the possible answers and then the list is all of the questions. There are about 40 items broken into two questions that they can respond to.

President885 you might want to keep it concise but with a likert question it's not possible to have multiple choices. You can vote for this feature on the official feedback portal at https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/idea/16dcb1df-4abe-ed11-83ff-000d3a1ab5c3
