MS Forms

I have just started using this App, i created a list of questions, with 1 mark assigned to each for the correct answer, whilst testing the app, of the ten questions answered (correctly) my score was 0/10? I know I've made an error somewhere in setting the marking but unsure where?

Can anyone give me a simple explanation so I can fix this before rolling out to class delegates?
