MicrosoftCurrently, there is no support for multiple-choice questions with multiple correct answers. For assigning points, please use the following format:
1. Question
A. Option 1
B. Option 2
C. Option 3
D. Option 4
ANSWER: D
POINT: 10
I couldn't find any public resource that mentions the use of ANSWER and POINT but I did test and confirm it worked. Is there a similar keyword for including a comment/message for a specific answer? I.e. When you click the word bubble icon button to the right of the question and it provides an open text field where you can show the user a message when they select that particular option?

- DingkunXieI have confirmed that there is no specific format required for the sections. The service will interpret unrecognized words as sections and will compile all subsequent questions under that section.
