Moving Forms from one O365 tenant to another, tenant to tenant migration
Yeah, I’ve dealt with this before and honestly there’s no direct way to move Microsoft Forms from one Office 365 tenant to another. What worked for me was using the “share as template” option. You can generate a template link from the original form and then open it in the new tenant to recreate the form structure. It’s pretty straightforward and saves time compared to building everything from scratch. The only downside is that responses don’t carry over. For that, you’ll need to export them to Excel before doing anything, otherwise the data will be lost. If you have a lot of forms, it can be a bit repetitive, but for a few forms it’s manageable. I also looked into automation and third-party tools, but nothing felt fully reliable. So in short, template sharing plus exporting responses is probably the safest way to handle this right now.
