Microsoft Forms Runtime Error

I just created a new form here). Last thing I remember doing is checking the 'email notification of each response' option in the form settings. I then clicked 'Share' to get the link, and attempted to visit it.

The form attempted to load for a couple of minutes before I was presented with a Runtime Error message (see RuntimeError.png).

Additionally, now when trying to visit the 'My Forms' homepage, I am presented with a loading icon where my forms should be. (see LoadingIcon.png)

After some time spinning, I am presented with another error message, along with

session id: e73a2fe4-05a1-4089-b19e-e9f56bf89354 (see SessionId.png)

I saw a post from another user where they are unable to load forms either, so I do not think this is a problem specific to me, although it is strange that it happened as I was working on a new form. Perhaps my something to do with my behavior caused this?
