Microsoft Form - additional file extensions

Hi, 

I've designed a Logic App to enable field technicians without Intune permissions to upload a device's hardware hash (hwid) to Intune. The challenge I'm facing is in identifying an appropriate frontend for these techs that permits the hash to be uploaded in .CSV format. (These are all internal users) Since Microsoft Forms is selective about the file format, I'm wondering what solutions or alternatives might be available.

When I change the file type to all this is the message I get.
