Links not working
An issue that came up today; a teacher created a survey and copied/pasted the link into a class notebook. The link failed to open in both Onenote 2016 and Onenote Online. The desktop version is the latest with up to date updates. He then shared the link via email- same result. The link activates the pre- loader, but this keeps going. We waited 10 minutes and more.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Jon - can you screenshot of the error message with us? Also, can you view the form when you open it in the browser ?

There was no error message- it just failed to load
- Mike PlatvoetSteel ContributorJohn, it may also be that there was a service degradation on Forms on your tenant and that it works now fine again. Have you retried the action?
