Issues duplicating Forms

Hi,


I am having issues duplicating or copying Forms. When I click on copy/duplicate on any form or quiz, it sends me back to the home page for Forms.

 

I was fine doing it until now.

 

Any help would really be appreciated.

    Hnbrtn may be a browser issue? have yu tried it in a different browser?
