Issue with selecting multiple response in single submit

Hi Team,

I am working on new project where I have multiple criteria and similar fields. For example here I have single floor but multiple forms to fill for each room and submit all responses in single submit button. How can I implement this using microsoft forms.

    Keerthi1296 I'm not entirely sure I've understood this, but it's not possible to have multiple forms with  only a single submit once you've completed them all. Each form is standalone.
