Is it possible to set strict rules for answers when creating a new form in MS Forms?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to create strict rules when creating a question using MS Forms? For example, is it possible to only allow a specific type or selection of answers to a questions? I have created a form with very specific questions, however I have received vague or ambiguous answers. If there is no way way to set a range of possible answers to questions in MS Forms, is there another product out there that has this type of functionality?
