Is it possible to have an button to answer 'Yes' to all questions?

I've been looking into whether or not it is possible to create a button that answers 'Yes' to all questions on an MS Forms survey that could override the user having to answer any of the questions and just select that option but also being able to add comments too. 

Has anyone come across anything like this?
