Is it possible to delete one reply on a Microsoft Forms survey ?
Dear all,
I have created a questionnaire (Forms) to be sent to our trainees at the end of their 6-month period in our company. In order to check whether the questionnaire was OK (length, multiple choices, pertinence of the questions, etc.), I sent it to myself and put some replies (sometimes irrelevant or with just some blahblahblah text). Now that the questionnaire is active, the statistics are not quite correct for it takes into account my replies...
Therefore my question is the following : is it possible, once the forms is active and running, to delete my name (and my replies) in order to only have the real/true replies or is it too late ?
Thanks for your replies !
Best regards,
ChantalH yes, there is no problem deleting your responses which you can do from the responses tab, select View results then for each response you want to delete click the 3 dots below the > symbol and select Delete response.
Microsoft appear to have changed the way this works because it used to also delete the response from the spreadsheet behind the form but doesn't do so now, so you'll also need to manually delete the row in the spreadsheet.
