Invite to an event with limited spaces

Hello,    Can I create an invite to an event which automatically cuts off at the maximum numbers of attendees? How do I do this?   Or am I better using Microsoft Bookings?   Thanks

The second solution you are describing would be what I would need. Do you have some instructions or template to start creating this app?

Hi JulieJV Create 2 lists, PPEvents and PPEventsRegistration, as shown in the images below.


Import the attached package zip file (it can take a couple of minutes for it to show up in the list of apps). Delete the 2 SharePoint connections and add YOUR SharePoint lists instead.

This app was just to demonstrate the maximum attendees aspect. If it was live I would have additional screens for things like "My Registrations", cancel a registration and so on.



Edit: this new forum doesn't seem to like having zip files in a post. I will work out another location to post the zip file and let you know. Or you could send me a private message with your email address.
