Identifying users instead of anonymous

I have created a quiz using Microsoft Forms that will be used by participants outside of my organization. Is there a way to allow these users to take the quiz and also be identified so when I review the results I can tell whose answers are whose? The only way around this I have found is to create an ungraded question asking "What is your name?". I do not think this is the right way to handle it.

JasonMoore that is the only way to handle it, there isn't another solution.

When I am viewing results, is there any way to show the data from a different field.  currently it's defaulted to the email field, but if you are doing an out-of-organization survey, that field's data default's to Anonymous.  I have other fields that are more useful to display.
