I need a form that will have different line of questions based on earlier choice of the Individual

dniinoi yes, it's available in Microsoft Forms and is called branching. Once you've created your questions, click on the first question and then click the 3 dots at the bottom of it. Select Add Branching:
Then choose which question to go to based on what the answer was. Do this for each question.

Hi RobElliott Branching doesn't seem to do what I need it to. I have a questionnaire with additional questions dotted throughout based on an answer at the top of the form. So If question 1 has 'Full' selected vs 'Simple' for example, then question 14, 25, 27 and 30 should be displayed, but if 'Simple' is selected, then those questions should be skipped. Is this possible with Branching? Or how would I achieve this?
RichAJo add a new section and add the follow-on questions 14, 25, 27 and 30 in it. Branch to this section from the "Full" answer in the first question. Do the same for the questions to appear in the "Simple" section.
