How to record respondent without recording respondent ID
is that mean current MS form and MS Automate cannot achieve this?
berwicklft you could use a flow in Power Automate to send an email to Manager A with the details of what had been answered but without the employee details (or this could be saved into a SharePoint list for analysis later., again without the employee details). The same flow could be used to send an email to Manager B with just the name/email of the user who responded but without the actual responses. Finally your flow could have several compose actions to get the tenant ID, the usergroup ID and the form ID and use the outputs of these with the forms api in a send an http request to delete the response in the form and the spreadsheet behind it.
Edit: In order to hide the user information after the flow has run so that no one can tie up together the user and their responses you'd need to turn on the secure outputs toggle in the settings of the get response detail action and the send an email actions. I've not tried that but it's what the setting is there for.
