How to I remove notification reports for a Microsoft Form in my Teams Channel?

I set up a Form in Teams and then I added a connector to enable notifications for the Form.  I cannot stop the notifications now.  Every day we get a notification in our Teams channel.  I removed the connector to the form but now I get a notification in the Teams channel saying that the notification is broken.  How do I stop all these unnecessary posts from clogging up our Teams Channel.  I already set up a email alert with Power Automate to only get alerted when someone actually submits info in the Form which is all I actually wanted.

HELP!  These notifications are driving us nuts.
