How to edit the form if not approve

Hi All,

If I wanna have the flow as below:

1) When submitted a new form, the newly submitted form will send an email for approval.

2) If the newly submitted form is not approved, I wanna the respondent to edit the form and resubmit again until the form is approved by the reviewer.

Is there any possibility to do that?
