How Microsoft Forms store data and count storage space consumed

I'd like to know how Microsoft Forms store data and count storage spaces towards our Microsoft Office 365 E3 subscription? Are there any quota we can set? The subscription is purchased in Hong Kong.

We need to plan for storage consumption of those new O365 apps.
