How do you move a Form/Quiz from Group Forms back to My Forms?
How do you move a Form/Quiz from Group Forms back to My Forms?
- Not currently possible. There are a few uservoice entries for similar asks such as : https://microsoftforms.uservoice.com/forums/386451-welcome-to-microsoft-forms-suggestion-box/suggestions/34680307-copy-from-my-forms-to-group-forms
And maybe even if they had a way to transfer ownership you could change from group to a person, which is what this one is for and has a lot of votes: https://microsoftforms.uservoice.com/forums/386451-welcome-to-microsoft-forms-suggestion-box/suggestions/31903849-transfer-of-ownership

I have a solution:
If you favourite the form you wish to move back to my forms then copy that form from the favourites section it will appear in myforms again
Hope this helps

I had luck sharing it as duplicate. Click Share (top right), copy the Share as a Template link and open, hit Duplicate and it creates a copy in your Forms. But other than that it looks like a one way street.

canosoup Thanks and its work.
"My project is to collect responses using MS form, then, auto paste the data into MS list and display into share point using MS automate".
In additional:
-If your MS form had responses data (in cloud excel) and linked to MS Automate, Once MS form was move to My group from My form. MS Automate will not work.
-I used this step, duplicate MS form into My form but URL link for original MS form and new MS form is not same and responses data from MS form original is not copied into new MS form.
- In order to link back the MS automate, after duplicate the new MS form into My form, edit the MS automate "Form id".
-Luckily the data in MS list still got the data from original MS form, and just need to continue using new MS form data.

Spot on. I need to do that to share with appropriate people.

It's excelent. That worked. Thank you!
But I think we can't be in a hurry to go to "My forms", before the process really stop (after hit "Duplicate" bottom).
