Forms
Hello! Who could i reach out to directly to walk through setting up a form? I would like to have more than one question on the poll and be able to have staff write in their answer. Is that possible with forms or do you know of a better application that will allow me to do this? Thank you

jmoore21 setting up a form is very easy, we do it almost daily at our company, and staff add their answers which are grabbed via a flow in Power Automate and saved into a list in SharePoint - we always do that as a backup and because Forms can be a bit flaky! What is it that you are finding difficult?

RobElliott how to get started... I have been playing with it. My supervisor said to use the main forms page. It gives an option of "text" or "choice". I can't find that anywhere. I go to teams page and open forms and i get a box to choose multiple choice, rank, cloud, etc. I clicked on multiple choice but i don't see what she is talking about. I'm sure it is just a simple click that i am missing.
Help...
