Question

Hello!&nbsp; Who could i reach out to directly to walk through setting up a form?&nbsp; I would like to have more than one question on the poll and be able to have staff write in their answer.&nbsp; Is that possible with forms or do you know of a better application that will allow me to do this? Thank you

jmoore21&nbsp;setting up a form is very easy, we do it almost daily at our company, and staff add their answers which are grabbed via a flow in Power Automate and saved into a list in SharePoint - we always do that as a backup and because Forms can be a bit flaky! What is it that you are finding difficult?&nbsp;RobLos GallardosIntranet, SharePoint and Power Platform Manager (and classic 1967 Morris Traveller driver)

RobElliott&nbsp;how to get started... I have been playing with it.&nbsp; My supervisor said to use the main forms page.&nbsp; It gives an option of "text" or "choice".&nbsp; I can't find that anywhere.&nbsp; I go to teams page and open forms and i get a box to choose multiple choice, rank, cloud, etc.&nbsp; I clicked on multiple choice but i don't see what she is talking about.&nbsp; I'm sure it is just a simple click that i am missing.&nbsp;Help...

How do I attach it to a flow in Power Automate and saved into a list in SharePoint?

jmoore21&nbsp;you can't attach a form to an email, only provide a link to it using the &lt;/&gt; code view button then adding html tags in the email body like this:&nbsp;A simple example of saving a Forms response to a list in SharePoint is shown below. The trigger is when a new response is submitted, immediately followed by the first action get response details.
