Hello! Who could i reach out to directly to walk through setting up a form? I would like to have more than one question on the poll and be able to have staff write in their answer. Is that possibl...

jmoore21 setting up a form is very easy, we do it almost daily at our company, and staff add their answers which are grabbed via a flow in Power Automate and saved into a list in SharePoint - we always do that as a backup and because Forms can be a bit flaky! What is it that you are finding difficult?

RobElliott how to get started... I have been playing with it. My supervisor said to use the main forms page. It gives an option of "text" or "choice". I can't find that anywhere. I go to teams page and open forms and i get a box to choose multiple choice, rank, cloud, etc. I clicked on multiple choice but i don't see what she is talking about. I'm sure it is just a simple click that i am missing.
