Forms question missing

there is 13 question in the forms, only 10 result in response.

there are other ppl having this issue but no solution

    Hello WORKMIKE 

    I am having exactly the same problem. 

    I believe the max amount of questions is 17. 

    However, in the view and share modes, I can only view 8 of the questions. 

    Looking forward to hearing how other users solved this problem.
