Forms populating other fields depending on values of one field

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have a form with 4 Fields A, B, C, D. Is there a way I can autofill fields B, C, D depending on values user inputs like if a user enters A as a city, fields B - state and C-Country will autofill?

What is a Power Apps form? Is it part of Office 365?

Mosam_D&nbsp;yes Power Apps is an Office 365 app. You can either create standalone apps using SharePoint, Excel or other platforms as a data source, or you can have a customised form from your SharePoint list. Mosam_D&nbsp;Did you get this figured out? I need the same thing, and I couldn't find the trigger in Power Automate.&nbsp; I need to auto populate a checkbox for one question based on another multiple-choice answer. This is different than branching.&nbsp;

minty775&nbsp;there is no trigger in Power Automate to do this. A flow can only get each response submitted, not send data to the form.
