Forms "One answer per person" problem

Hello I'm new to Forms and I like the ease of use of the product.

Would it be possible to limit the amount of times someone could take part to a poll or quizz even outside my organisation? By checking an email adress validity or anything like that.

Is it foreseen in a near future?
