Forms not loading properly in desktop or web browser

Hi, our college conducts assignments in teams. there have been multiple occurrences where the form loading is high.  it is more common in the teams desktop app than a website. since they are time-bound so few cannot able to do assignments on time. Hope microsoft rectifies it.
