Forms not loading in Teams
Is anyone experiencing the constant Loading page but never having the form load when added as a tab in Teams?

- Hi I have tried to load forms both yesterday and today and I am still only seeing the spinning loading page.
This started happening for me today. The form just spins. I can access the form from inside my organization, as can other Team members within my organization. Those outside the the organization who are invited to the Team cannot complete the survey. They see the tab, but it just spins and never loads
- I still experience this issue... Are you sure the fix is working?

Hi Robin, what Teams client are you using that had the loading issue?
I am not having the issue, my test form has loaded quickly in my test team, tested this in the app (Version 1.0.00.34151 (64 bit). ) and via the web browser (running in Microsoft Edge)

Hi James, the spinning page issue hits only Fill Form pages, Edit and View result pages still work fine.

Thanks for the reply, yes I now get the spinning wheel when adding a personal form.
My test form was added directly as a tab as a Group Form.As small work around if anyone needs to gets the forms to display, you can copy the link and add it as a "Website tab".
- Kai ZhangHi Daniel, I'm Developer from Microsoft Forms team, we are aware of this issue that Forms Fill page in Teams Tab keeps spinning , currently we are working on a fix for this . Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue . I will notify you once the fix is deployed.
- Check swmalm's response. My company set the re-authentication every 14 days and I encounter the same issue after this period. Once I repeat the steps of signing out and relogging in, I am able to see again..

Has there been a fix for this? Still experiencing this issue on MS Teams as of 2-10-20 on Windows 10 version 1809.
I cleared my cache and data in the app and my forms are loading fine now. Angeles1262
Is there any update on this? Several people within my company are facing the same.
I created a Microsoft Support ticket regarding this issue and this is the response I received.
"Unfortunately, the Teams desktop client does not currently pass user context to web sites pinned as tabs, nor does it allow conditional access policy to be verified. The good news is that we're actively working on this and coding is in progress, however, we can't commit to a date at this point. "
Basically, the Discovery date of this issue was 4/5/18 and Microsoft has still yet to provide a fix for this. The known workaround is use Teams in the web based form on browsers with the Windows 10 accounts extension installed.

- It appears this is an access problem and perhaps a refresh token for the Forms app access has expired. Several people have experienced this in my organization. To address it, you can right-click on the Teams icon in the task bar and choose 'Sign out'. You will then be asked to re-authenticate. When accessing the Forms tab it will also prompt you to login. Once complete, you should be able to access the Forms tab.

- Created a form in browser. Added the form to team channel with Forms app - spinning loading wheel continually. Can click options to go to website where the form will open in browser. Any help appreciated.
