Forms missing data when adding questions in existing form
Hi, I have continouse forms to our clients that are to be updated from time to time. Sometimes when doing to much changes in a short period of time (one month) our response tables loses data. ...
- Removing existing questions will cause the corresponding responses to be missing from the Responses view. Therefore, downloading a local copy of all responses before editing an existing form is always a good practice.
If you need to retrieve previous responses, you can ask your IT department to send a support ticket to the Product team, who can help you restore the deleted questions and bring back the responses.
