Forms Ideas
Yes, Microsoft Forms ideas and feature requests are submitted through the official Microsoft Feedback Portal. The dedicated entry point is the Microsoft Forms Feedback Portal, where you can post new ideas or upvote existing ones.

The current official route is the Microsoft Feedback portal. Search the Microsoft Forms category before creating a new entry, because votes on one well-described request are more useful than several duplicate requests.
For this request, describe the exact transition that cannot be reversed: personal form to Group A, then the missing options to return it to My Forms or move it to Group B. Include whether you are an owner of both groups, whether the form has responses, and whether the associated response workbook is stored in OneDrive or SharePoint. Do not include the form link or respondent data in a public feedback post.
The feedback portal will not repair the form that was already moved. For the current form, keep the group and its response workbook intact, export the responses, and have the Microsoft 365 administrator confirm that you retain ownership and edit access. That protects the live data while the product request is considered.
