Forms being anonymous visible for user

Hey,  for sure I can set a Form to anonymous by using the checkbox "record name" But how can users/participants of the survey see, if it is really anonymous.  Is there a badge oder sign for this...

    AWeiss1435 that's right. Forms is a very simple form app and is missing many of the items you might expect to be be available in an enterprise system.
