Forms added to Office Mobile App

Hello...

First of all, what's the difference between this forum (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-forms/ct-p/MicrosoftForms)

and

https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-forms/bd-p/MicrosoftForms ?

Secondly, from the TechCommunity it was mentioned that Forms added to Office Mobile App but as of now I cannot see "Create a Form" menu from my android app.

Anyone experience the same?
