Form won't load

I can't get forms to load. Please help. When I open forms.office.com (already logged in) the Forms home pages shows up with a "Loading..." symbol that just keeps circling. This is not normal...

Hi,

I am presenting the same issue, once I opened forms.office.com (already logged in) the Forms home pages shows up with a "Loading..." symbol that just keeps circling. No error message shown. Please advise.
