Form is not accessible anymore

Hello

I created a Form questionnaire in May/june 2024. I obtained more than 100 answers and when I returned from 3 weeks of vacation on 19/08/2024, I could no longer access it.

Surprisingly, I had exactly the same issue last year!

I tried on Chrome, Edge, Private... nothing works.

What can I do please ?
