Fixed Header

It would be great if the name of the form would stay at the top when viewing the responses, similar to a fixed header. See screenshots below- The name of the form is George Boole. It should stay at top when scrolling down to view responses.

    Thanks Kurt for your feedback, I'd like to know about the reason you want the header to be fixed in response page, could you share more thoughts?

      I am using forms to collect data. Since I can't share forms and results YET (when is that coming?) I have to show the results in person and I'd like to keep the name of the form at the top so the user can see the name of the form as I scroll down the results.
