Error code: 631

when submitting a response to a shared Form as of 9:30 am this morning. I noticed that this was an issue/bug with Microsoft Forms back in February and was fixed back then. Is there an estimate on a fix for this today as we have many deadlines and it's critical that we be able to use the Form. I appreciate your help. Thanks!
