Embedded MS Forms blocked.
Hi,
I'm an instructor, and use MS forms embedded into simple HTML docs as a means to survey student opinions. This approach has been working well for a couple of years, but suddenly, the forms are being blocked, at least in some browsers. Can anyone suggest what the problem is and especially, what the solution is?

- There was a service incident for Microsoft Forms on Monday, which has since been resolved. See if your problem still exists today?
