Download and Save completed forms
Hi there, does anyone know a way I can download completed forms in the form format? I am trying to set up a form to use as research consent and it would be helpful if I could save each response separately and view it as a document. The only way I can seem to download anything is in an excel and it saves all the responses together. Thanks!
KateOgeog in the responses screen click the View Results button on the left. That will open the first response and you can print it from the 3 dots at the top of the form:
