"Couldn't Update. You don't have permission to access the response data."

I am having issues with an add-in in Excel.

 

I save an Excel spreadsheet of the exported Microsoft Forms' responses in OneDrive. I would like to share this data with other people in my organization. Unfortunately, the response data from Microsoft Forms does not update for anyone other than the Form owner. People, other than the owner of the Form, recieve this error message from the add-in in Excel:

 

"Couldn't Update. You don't have permission to access the response data."

 

Please advise. Thanks!

    Hi Stefon,

     

    Only the form owner could sync data from Forms service to Excel via the add-in.

    Yes, it is a frequent asked question. We are working on the new solution.
