Copying a form in Microsoft Teams

I created the Form in Microsoft Teams, using Forms for excel.  I want to recreate the same form each day, and keep the results in Teams.  If I copy the form, it creates a copy of the results.  How do I create a copy and edit the form to create a new link. (and also keep the excel sheet in teams)
