Conditional Emails(notifications) based on Responses
Does Forms allow you set up notification emails that are trigger based on the form response? I know google has that option. My school's organization has purchased office 365, and I would like to use ...
Not with forms no. However Microsoft flow can easily do this.

If they are all in your org you could also accomplish this with a custom SharePoint list with alerts setup on different views and or a flow as well. But forms with flow is probabaly the easiest.
