Collaborating on a portion of a form

Hello, 

I am using Forms to create an email marketing intake form for different types of emails. I'm using "branching" to essentially create different tracks of questions for 4 different types of campaigns. The answer the fist question will direct which "track" you go down and will direct to you the email type's section, but technically all within the same main form. I will be collaborating with an external partner on three of the four types of campaigns. I'd like for the external partner to be alerted to submissions for three of the four types of campaigns. Are there advanced settings for submission alerts? Or will this not work since technically everything is in one form, just with multiple sections?
