Choices missing in MCQ (Microsoft Forms - Quiz)

I am done creating a 100-item MCQ exam for my students. When I preview it, there's no problem. When I print the form for my copy, I noticed that some of the choices are missing!! 29 out of 100 questions have no choices!! 😞

If it still occurs during the time of exam, it will be so much inconvenience for my students.

What should I do? Please help! TIA. 😞
