- Hi, thanks for the responses. Seems there isn't a solution but a hack or 2. We've gone with providing options as a scale with a key stating 1 is Strongly disagree, 3 neutral... etc Similar to HiroHiro1105 but just text. We didn't want to reduce the length of the questions.
Yes - this change has caused a poor usability experience. I have users only selecting from the visible options or complaining that options are missing.
