Check Forms Data in Excel

Aaisha355 you can't do this with Forms on its own as it has no functionality to check anything in Excel or anywhere else. But you can use a flow in Power Automate to grab the response and look up whether the user's email address is in your Excel table. If it is approve the request, otherwise reject it.
