Case Sensitivity in Forms Quiz

Good afternoon,

previously in the Microsoft Forms quiz authoring tool, for fill in the blank “text” questions the system did not grade based on case sensitivity. For example, if the accepted answer was “Call your doctor” the system would still count if correct if a student uses all caps or no capitalization. I utilize MS Forms regularly in my job and this has worked great for me.

However, today I created a quiz and the system is applying case sensitivity. I am having to go through each question and add correct options for different cases like all upper or all lower case. Is there a way to toggle case sensitivity off? This is generating a lot of extra manual labor.
