Cant spread because of sensetive information.

I am a teacher, I have been using the Microsoft Forms services  for a year now. I want to present my students with a self-designed test (which I have already used a number of times), but I can no longer distribute it because of this message: This form cannot be distributed because it asks for personal or sensitive information. Similar documents i use do not give me this problem. I already checked on word like  "password "secret" or "username", but there is noting i can find. I also checked if it was possible for me to go to organization settings > Microsoft Forms > Unblock, but i dont have the permisson to get into the organization settings.  Is there somebody who can help me?
