CAN'T OPEN EXCEL IN TEAMS >FORMS

I have Teams downloaded as an App on my Windows 10 PC. When I'm in Teams and in Forms and then try to open up a Form I created in excel I get an error message saying "something went wrong" with the 

Session id: 06aedd27-4b3e-4bcb-9d25-4cc7cef95dca given? This seems like it should be pretty straight forward and open up.....
